I'm a mom, a dog lover, and a lifelong storyteller.
I've always believed that the most important conversations happen when there's nowhere to be and no agenda to follow — and that the right story, told honestly, can shift something that years of thinking couldn't.
The name Coach Me Life came from that belief. That life itself is the greatest teacher — if you're willing to listen to it.
My Story
There was a season in my life when everything looked fine from the outside. I was capable, responsible, showing up for everyone who needed me.
Inside, I was exhausted in a way I couldn't quite name. Not broken. Not failing. Just — disconnected from myself in a way that had been building quietly for years.
That season changed everything about how I understand resilience. And it's why I don't coach from a textbook. I coach from a life that has asked hard things of me — and taught me that the way through is rarely about doing more. It's about finally hearing yourself clearly.
People often describe me as calm, honest, and gently challenging. I'll take that.
I’m a certified & accredited life coach with extensive training and client experience. More than any credential, the heart of my work is years spent sitting with accomplished women through real-life transitions — career crossroads, burnout, and the quiet question of what comes next — one honest conversation at a time.

Why I Do This Work
I've spent years sitting with accomplished women through real-life transitions — career crossroads, burnout, difficult seasons in their personal lives, and the quiet question of what comes next.
What I've learned is this: the women who come to me don't need to be fixed. They need space to hear themselves clearly — often for the first time in years.
I've seen what shifts when a woman stops performing her life and starts listening to it instead. That shift is quiet. And it changes everything.
Real change isn't about fixing yourself. It's about remembering who you already are.
The Invitation
You've been the one holding everything together for a long time.
This is one hour that belongs entirely to you. No agenda to manage. No one else's needs in the room.
Just a conversation — and the possibility that something shifts.
